So while greeting today I came to the conclusion that customers are unsure of what they want. Either they are gripping because Sales people won't leave them alone or they are crying cause they aren't getting talked to. There is obviously no winning in this game. This all came about when 2 ladies were walking out and they said that the only person that talked to them in the whole store was me when they came in and me when they left. It is also interesting to me that I hate greeting at work but I don't mind greeting at Church. We are called to greet one another and show love.
